Paper tax forms are available in the library.   Currently we have:

  • Federal 1040  (English and Spanish)
  • 1040 Instruction Book.
  • Colorado 104 and instruction book
  • Colorado 104 PTC

Library staff cannot assist in filling out the forms or answer any tax-related questions; however, we are happy to print any necessary forms for you and invite you to call 2-1-1 or check out the additional free resources on this page. 

Additionally, you may request forms to be mailed to your address directly through the IRS.
