Korean Lotus Lantern Class

Saturday, October 15th 1:00-2:30 pm

Purple korean lotus flower made from wire and paper.

The Korean Spirit and Culture Promotion Project (KSCPP) will teach participants step by step how to make a lovely lotus flower lantern using colored paper and a pre-made wire frame. At the same time, participants will learn about Korea’s unique history and culture. A short documentary film will be played toward the end of the class.

Registration is required. Participants must be 10 years or older. Email or call 719-391-3190 to register.

Join us @ Roll up (301 Main St.) on Friday, October 14th from 6-7pm for Bingo Night! This family friendly event is free to play and you might just win prizes from local businesses!! 

Adult Crafts

Take-and-Make Craft kits are first come, first serve and supplies are limited. All materials except for basic supplies (hot glue, markers, etc.) are provided. 

In-Person Crafts will take place once a month at the library. Space is limited and registration is required.

One New Year resolution that it would be fun to stick to....reading!! We want to help by challenging you to read 100 books by the end of 2022. If you are successful, there will be a reward waiting for you! Think that goal is a little unattainable? We have options for you! Head down to the Senior Center (5745 Southmoor Dr. 80817) every month to watch a new release movie for free! Complimentary refreshments provided.
