Children's Activities

Story Time Kits

  • Each week we will have a new theme to go with our Storytime Tuesday Video! Pick up an activity and craft kit during curbside hours- Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays from 12-4.

STEAM To-Go

Do your kiddos enjoy building, experimenting and creating? Then make sure to check out our STEAM To-Go kits! New kits will be available the first and third week of the month and can be picked up during curbside hours. You can even make/experiment with our Children's Staff the first and third Thursday of the month on our Facebook page! For more information, please email us at spl@wsd3.org. All ages are welcome to participate!

The words "trivia night"

TRIVIA NIGHTS @ SPL!!

Do you fancy yourself a trivia buff?!? Know a little about a lot?? Join us January 22nd, 2021 from 7-8 p.m. for our brand-new virtual trivia night!! Play solo or as a team - all ages and knowledge levels welcome. Winners will receive gift cards to local businesses!

Come to the library and check out our I-Spy display or go to our special Holiday I-spy page and see how many holiday images you can find!! Guess the correct answers and be entered into a drawing for cool prizes!

Adult Crafts and Activities for January

  • UPDATE: Crafts are now released every 2 weeks instead of weekly.
  • Only a limited number of kits available!
  • You can pick up previous weeks as long as there are still kits available. 
  • Pick up during curbside hours.

Snowman craft made from wooden balls, ribbon, and twine.
